The JHF UV LED printers are particularly tailored for small and large processing enterprises to meet their requirement of high speed and ultra-precision production. The JHF UV LED flatbed, Hybrid and RTR UV LED printers have solid/strong/heavy and robust printer bodies so the machines can print a stable printing quality. You need to avoid vibration on the machines while printing. Please note that the lighter the printer body, the more vibration the machine causes and this diminishes the printing quality. In addition, the more print heads you use on the machines, the stronger/heavier and more robust the printer body should be so the print carriage can run smoothly without any vibration. This principal also applies to the print carriage chain, encoder and other components of the machine.

Media Tension System

The JHF RTR LED UV printing media tension system is suitable for printing on perforated mesh banners without liner/backer (perforated mesh textile fabrics without liner/backer) and any other flexible inkjet printing media such as the traditional banner, self-adhesive vinyl, backlit media, one way vision, soft film, wall paper and others. The media tension system requires manual adjustment when necessary.

Roll Pressure regulator – pressure regulator.
Very flexible media tension system with massive heavy rollers -rubber rollers for the media feeding and media tension systems. Need to print very flexible material at the right tension without any skew or deflection.
Stabilizer for the media tension system – media tension stabilizer rollers in the front and back. This is a very important feature for the media tension system, especially when printing the perforated mesh fabrics or perforated mesh textile fabrics.
Rotation speed for sending and collecting material speed is adjustable.
Media collection: two parallel rollers for easy to load and un load media.
Media holding: 4 rubber rollers tight holding the material to reduce material slippery. Strong frame can resist the deformation of the roller after long year using.

Media feeding: Add position clamp for printing multi-roll medias, to ensure media go straight.

Well-designed tension type material feeding and take-up system which ensures the high accuracy of material stepping. This media tension system and media feeding and take up system apply not only to regular sign materials, but also materials with slight malleability including the soft PVC film.
