Please note that the perforated mesh textile fabrics or perforated mesh banners do not have the removable backer/liner or paper back like the traditional mesh media. The specially designed backer/liner creates an air-tight print surface preventing ink spray through and allows vacuum equipped printers to hold material flat during printing. Please note that the perforated mesh textile fabrics do not have a backer/liner and you need a machine to have a feature that can prevent ink spraying through the printer platform and the vacuum so it does not clog the holes of the vacuum that help suck the printing media and allows vacuum equipped printers to hold material flat during printing. This integrated feature into the machine is called mesh kit. The mesh kit prevents the platform and vacuum of the machine from being affected by the ink spray that passes to the printer platform and the vacuum through the printing textile fabrics. Please note that when the ink spray gets into the vacuum system, it damages the fans. That must be avoided from happening.
The mesh kit platform uses a disposable absorbable pad to be used on the printer platform when printing on perforated materials like the mesh textile fabrics or mesh banners. This absorbable pad prevents the ink spray from getting directly into the printer platform when passing through the pour of the textile printing fabrics. In other words, when printing on the types of textile fabrics mentioned above, the JHF RTR UV mesh kit printing feature can prevent the platform and vacuum of the machine from being affected by the ink spray that passes to the printer platform and the vacuum through the perforated mesh printing textile fabrics.

The Mesh Kit contains two rolls of paper that absorb excess ink. Don’t worry, the paper will never soil the substrate from below: first, it is slightly recessed and second, the absorbed ink cures during printing. Moreover, the paper moves along in conveyor belt fashion.
All you need to do is occasionally change the full paper rolls, at the earliest after certain linear meters of production. Cleaning is unnecessary. So, mesh and full bleed jobs are just as easy and quickly handled as any other.
The platform of the heads must rise up to 2 inches, because when the platform is placed on top of the suction vacuum, it rises about 1 inch.
Then, the platform must be raised 1 inch to work on the different printing materials such as soft film, banner, self-adhesive vinyl, backlit media, etc.
