JHF has released an ultra-wide format flatbed industrial printer with an optional industrial grade print head, the F3900. It offers multi-layer printing in white or varnish. In addition, its variable ink drop technology ensures that stunning images can be printed at high speed on a variety of media. The F3900 covers a wide range of applications, including sheet metal fabrication, architectural ceramics, decorative flooring, packaging paperboard, and more. And it enables instant delivery from custom design to industrial production of the end product.
F3900 offers different white and varnish configurations with excellent adhesion, wear resistance and high brightness.
It is applicable to white ink, color ink and varnish ink respectively to ensure the fluidity of each color ink, prolong the service life of the nozzle and prevent blockage and sedimentation.
The negative pressure control device reduces the use of compressed air by more than 90%, and effectively improves the service life of the air compressor.
The vacuum table of f3900 has six independent absorption zones, and each absorption zone can be freely controlled according to the size of the substrate, so as to reduce energy consumption.
